To amplify Heineken’s involvement with Festivals & Gigs, Heineken is running a txt2win campaign throughout the summer months. Ground Marketing, the advertising agency behind the Heineken Gigs promotion, wanted to use mobile marketing to complement Heineken’s association with Music and promote the Heineken Green spheres “Global Gigs” give-away.

To drive sales, the campaign was advertised on special promotional packs (6 pack bottles, 8 pack cans or 20 pack bottles) and to be in with a chance to win a trip to one of 5 global gigs consumers simply have to text the keyword GIGS followed by the answer the question, as found on the pack, and their name to 51500 (standard rate SMS).

 

Using Púca’s web-based login, Ground Marketing can monitor the SMS response statistics by time and date - all data is captured, reported and provided to the client via the secure log-in.
